All Bookings are a contract between Madagascar Trans Air (a Madagascar Company and authorized air provider) and are domiciled and agreed with that entity under the laws of Madagascar and only that entity and basis. The aviation plane operator reserves all rights and regulations are set by ACM, MPF, and Adema. The Ministry of Tourism of Madagascar Supervises and reserves all rights to reuse any and all video or photos for marketing.
